Pure CSS popups

I found some good examples, how to add popups or maybe better to call this tooltips with css only.
If brunildo.org is down see example here. And one more nice try here.
This work in IE5+/Win, Mozilla, Opera 7, Safari, IE5/Mac.
Don't work in Opera 6.
